You can request deletion of personal information associated with a Nefertiti Spa reservation at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to adelafrine@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the name and phone number used for the reservation so we can identify the correct records.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize reservation details and customer contact information where possible, unless we need to retain limited information for legitimate business, legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
