Reservations

Online reservation requests are subject to availability and may require confirmation by Nefertiti Spa. A pending reservation is not final until it is confirmed.

Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can contact you about your appointment. Incorrect information may prevent us from confirming your reservation.

Notifications

By submitting a reservation, you agree that Nefertiti Spa may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email, or push notification about that reservation.

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled if they cannot be confirmed, if the customer cannot be reached, or if the customer does not attend the appointment.

We may update these terms when our services or operational requirements change.
